Your role will involve testing, optimizing, and integrating BPM solutions across different tools and workflows. You\u2019ll work closely with the Tech and Open Standards Team, providing hands-on support for internal teams and contributing to the scouting of new technologies and approches. You will also support internal colleagues with technical questions regarding core tools.<\/p>\n<h3>Your key responsibilities will include:<\/h3>\n<p>Concept development and initial testing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019ll research and select the best tools for different BPM Scenarios, like Acitvity monitoring, AI integration etc..<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll design and optimize workflows, including API integrations and prompt engineering.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll experiment with and evaluate new features and functionalities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You&#8217;ll Bring<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You enjoy working with IT, specifically automation, testing, optimizing, and integrating AI-based solutions.<\/li>\n<li>You have a structured approach to problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging workflows.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re able to assess techn capabilities systematically and optimize them based on performance insights.<\/li>\n<li>You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re quick to adapt to new technologies and changing priorities, learning fast and staying flexible.<\/li>\n<li>You are currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s program in computer science, data science, business informatics, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>You have some experience with BPM and AI tools and workflows, ideally including API integrations and prompt engineering.<\/li>\n<li>You have a sound programming knowledge (Java, JavaScript, or similar) (preferred but not required).<\/li>\n<li>You have strong analytical skills and a keen interest in BPM and AI-driven process automation.<\/li>\n<li>You are fluent in German and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who You&#8217;ll Work With<\/h3>\n<p>You will work autonomously while staying in close alignment with our team and other key stakeholders. You will report to Head of Technology, who will provide strategic guidance and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
